With over ten years of professional experience, she advises and represents medium-sized companies, their owners, management and executives on all labour law issues and problems. Her expertise covers both individual and collective labour law. Ms Hillert also acts as a speaker at interdisciplinary client events.

Before joining LW·P Lüders Warneboldt, she worked for several years as an employment lawyer for medium-sized law firms in Hanover and as a lawyer in the human resources (HR) department of an international company.
