Franziska Gassel is a solicitor and specialist in employment law at Lüders Rechtsanwälte PartmbB.

She advises medium-sized companies on all legal issues relating to employment law. Franziska Gassel's focus is not solely on providing support in existing employment disputes. She also advises entrepreneurs on the forward-looking (re)structuring of personnel regulations in order to retain existing employees and attract skilled workers from both home and abroad.

Franziska Gassel also advises care facilities and care services on issues relating to residential care law, in particular on the drafting of legally effective letters of remuneration increase (WBVG).
